A salary of USD 3,000 with a fixed divisor of 30 and two unpaid days results in a USD 200 deduction. This is an arithmetic example, not a legal leave policy.
Review your assumptions
Enter nonnegative values. Check currency, pay frequency, hours, paid weeks, divisor, and rounding as applicable. Do not treat a monthly average as an exact payment schedule. A custom rule profile is always labeled User-configured estimate.
