Document processing
Document text, salary inputs, logos, and signatures are processed in your browser. The app has no payroll API or remote document storage. It does not send entered document content to an application server.
Local saving
The default is memory-only. Save draft and Remember company are explicit choices. Records expire after 30 days, checked on the next open. Browser storage is not encrypted. Clear local data cannot erase downloaded files.
Hosting and other data
Static hosting providers may retain ordinary access logs such as IP addresses and page requests. No advertising, analytics, session replay, or remote fonts are enabled in this build. If those practices change, this policy must be updated before activation.
Contact and launch details
The operator’s legal identity, hosting retention details, and a support contact must be configured before public launch. Do not send real payroll documents to support.
