Stamp an existing PDF
Open a PDF and create a quick company or dated PAID, RECEIVED or APPROVED stamp. Use a saved stamp from the business stamp studio, or upload your own PNG, JPEG or WebP image. Adjust its position, size, rotation and opacity before downloading a separate edited copy.
A practical PDF annotation editor
- Add new text, images and signature pictures.
- Draw, highlight and outline areas of a page.
- Move and resize additions, duplicate them, and undo or redo edits.
- Rotate, reorder or remove pages. Append another PDF to merge documents.
- Use optional white-paper cleanup for an uploaded stamp or signature scan.
How to edit your PDF
- Choose a PDF or try the clearly labelled fictional example.
- Select a tool. Click to add text, drag to draw or highlight, or place a stamp or image.
- Select an addition to adjust it in the properties panel. Arrange the pages if needed.
- Download the edited PDF before closing the tab. Your original file stays unchanged.
What stays on your device?
Your PDF bytes, annotations and uploaded images are handled in browser memory. The workspace has no document upload endpoint or server-side conversion. It does not automatically save the PDF; keep your original and download your edited copy.
Limits to know before editing
This editor adds content over the original document; it does not replace existing PDF text, perform OCR or securely redact information. New additions are flattened as images on export while original page content is retained. A stamp or signature picture is not a cryptographic signature. Editing a digitally signed PDF may invalidate its signatures.
Use PDFs up to 25 MB each, 60 MB total and 150 pages. Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked in their original application first. Complex documents may need more memory or may not render identically in every viewer.
